Chad Abaya

Biography

Chad graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, where he was actively involved in the Knights of Architecture and the Filipino Student Association. In his professional journey, one of Chad's proudest achievements has been designing and managing over 100 monument signage projects for Texas Instruments around the globe. This pivotal experience kickstarted his career in design, where he honed his skills in client relations and team leadership. His passion for the business side of architecture led him to roles such as a Project Manager, Design Manager and now Project Controller.

Chad applies keen insight into client needs, crafting precise proposals and fee structures that align with project objectives and define comprehensive scopes. He is dedicated to cultivating a collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork and professional development within his team.
