Jesse Childers has extensive experience in the commercial and residential flooring industry, where he gained hands-on expertise in all aspects of project management—from evaluating and measuring spaces to collaborating on design decisions and overseeing installations. He helped clients select flooring styles, colors, and materials while ensuring projects were completed smoothly, developing a deep understanding of construction timelines and attention to detail.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Jesse is always looking to expand his skill set. He is known for his strong memory and ability to recall details from past projects, which helps him efficiently address challenges in the field. His experience makes him particularly skilled in quality checks, punch lists, and verifying that each element of a project aligns with the design intent, especially in commercial spaces with varied flooring types.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time outdoors, with hobbies including hunting, fishing, and golf. Known for being detail-oriented, observant, and reliable, he brings a thoughtful and practical approach to every project.
