Jevryn Weems

Summer Intern

Jevryn is a Summer Architectural Intern at Childers Architect and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Sustainability at the University of Arkansas. Inspired from a young age by the profession, Jevryn has long been drawn to architecture’s ability to improve communities through thoughtful and purposeful design.

During academic studies, Jevryn has developed conceptual projects including a Seattle Public Library branch location, a Fayetteville Art Gallery, and a Fayetteville Community Center. These experiences have strengthened both design skills and a passion for creating spaces that enhance people’s daily lives. Through dedication and perseverance, Jevryn has embraced challenges as opportunities for growth and believes that hard work and determination can turn ambitious ideas into reality.

At Childers, Jevryn brings positive energy, dependability, and a collaborative mindset. Enjoying teamwork and fostering a supportive environment, Jevryn is eager to learn from experienced professionals while contributing fresh ideas to the team.

Outside of architecture, Jevryn enjoys drawing, painting, photography, and exploring fashion. A fun fact: Jevryn has volunteered more than 200 hours at a local dog shelter, reflecting a strong commitment to serving the community.
