Project Coordinator I

Payal Shah brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to design, coordination, and problem-solving. She earned her master’s degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Pune University in India. As an Associate AIA and NCARB professional, Payal is inspired by architecture’s ability to shape human experiences, emotions, and everyday life.

She approaches each project with curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail, balancing creativity with the technical and practical challenges required to bring ideas to life responsibly. Payal values clear communication and believes the best design solutions come from listening carefully to clients, consultants, team members, and the surrounding context of a project. Her calm demeanor and collaborative mindset help support successful outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.

Outside of work, Payal enjoys traveling, sketching, photography, reading, exploring local coffee shops, spending time outdoors, and cooking meals for friends and family.
