Chad Abaya

Chad graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, where he was actively involved in the Knights of Architecture and the Filipino Student Association. Early in his career, he designed and managed over 100 monument signage projects for Texas Instruments globally, an experience that helped him develop strong skills in client relations and team leadership.

Chad’s passion for the business side of architecture has guided him into roles including Project Manager, Design Manager, and Project Controller. He brings keen insight into client needs, crafting precise proposals and fee structures that align with project objectives while defining comprehensive scopes. Dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment, Chad emphasizes teamwork and professional growth within his team.
