Rachel Matthews, AIA, LSSYB

Rachel is a health facility planner and architect whose passion for healthcare design is shaped by personal experiences in health facilities and a strong desire to serve others. She believes that some of the most life-changing moments occur in healthcare environments, motivating her to provide dedicated service to both clients and teammates.

Rachel holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. She was recognized with the Next Generation Scholarship by the American Academy of Architecture for Health and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, with a focus on healthcare design.

Outside of work, Rachel is committed to serving her local community and enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Her hobbies include reading, creating handmade crafts, and organizing spaces.
