Reta Jay is a dynamic Business Development professional with a passion for building strong relationships and creating meaningful growth opportunities. She has contributed to high-impact projects such as the Muscogee Nation–River Spirit Casino Resort, Tulsa’s Gathering Place riverfront park, and the Cherokee Nation Pryor Child Development Center & Early Head Start.

An alumna of Tulsa Community College and Northeastern State University, Reta is also a graduate of Leadership Tulsa – Class 55. She has demonstrated leadership and community commitment through her involvement with organizations including Executive Women International (Past President & Board Member), Tulsa City Lights Foundation, A New Leaf, and active memberships in the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma, Pryor Chamber, and the Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools.

Known for her honesty, friendliness, and ability to connect people, Reta leverages her strategic mindset, data analysis expertise, and collaborative problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities and drive purposeful results.
