Sebastian St. Germain
Summer InternBiography
Sebastian is a Summer 2026 Intern at Childers Architect and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Architectural Studies at Arizona State University. Passionate about the intersection of creativity and community impact, he is drawn to architecture because it offers the opportunity to create meaningful spaces that support people while preserving and celebrating local identity and culture.
Sebastian has participated in several design competitions, including the 2026 Nagpur Chal Kinderspace Competition and the 2025 Nuclear Memorial Design Competition. He enjoys approaching design through a thoughtful process that begins with understanding a project's program, site conditions, materials, and client goals. By balancing these factors, he develops creative solutions that are both functional and adaptable.
As a member of the Childers team, Sebastian brings a fresh perspective, strong technical skills, and proficiency with architectural software that helps transform concepts into professional design solutions.
Outside of architecture, he enjoys building LEGO creations, playing Minecraft, drawing, watching movies and anime, and playing basketball. A fun fact: Sebastian designs custom jewelry and helps care for chickens, ducks, and pigs at home.
