POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a significant role in supporting the firm’s marketing efforts, promoting our
brand, and helping to drive business growth nationwide. This position requires a combination of creativity, strategic
thinking, and strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for designing compelling marketing materials, including
brochures, proposals, presentations, and digital content, to effectively showcase our firm’s capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Create proposals with the ability to manage the process from start to finish.
• Assist in development of interview presentation materials.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials such as project profiles and resumes.
• Track and update marketing information including pursuit and contract information, photography, resumes, project
profiles, references, etc.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, such as industry conferences, trade shows, and office
events.
• Maintain the firm’s online presence, including website and social media updates.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services and enhance brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and architecture, and share knowledge with
colleagues.
• Maintain and enforce company brand standards and quality control procedures.
• Attend industry and client events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably within the architecture or design industry, including experience in
proposal planning and coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise
manner.
• Proficiency in production software including Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); MS Office, Excel,
Word, and PowerPoint; and Bluebeam Revu.
• Excellent graphic design ability, with a portfolio demonstrating skills in creating visually appealing marketing
materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising, is a plus.
• Passion for architecture and design, with a desire to contribute to the success of a leading firm in the industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
