Project Summary
This three-story plus basement facility includes primary care, specialty care, pediatrics, women’s health, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, physical therapy, laboratory, pharmacy, eye care, audiology, imaging, facilities maintenance, security, administration, business office, biomedical engineering, property and supply, sterile processing. The design team inherited floor plans that were provided by the owner and were developed by a previous team for this project. Childers Architect provided construction documents that were compliant with Facility Guidelines Institute’s code requirements and other governing bodies.
