Bob Deardorff

Biography

Bob Deardorff is a Registered Architect who decided on his profession in seventh grade. Determined to move forward with that plan, he established the groundwork for his career and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Architecture. Bob has dedicated decades to his profession. As Senior Project Architect for Childers Architect, he brings his enthusiasm, experience, and a desire to be a resource for the team. He serves as a mentor for those new to the profession and is committed to promoting the inclusion of women in architecture, engineering and construction. He believes that “we shortchange ourselves when we artificially limit their participation in these disciplines.” Within his profession, he appreciates interaction with people, the opportunity to contribute to their lives through the built environment and recognizes the potential to be part of something timeless.
