Rachel Matthews, AIA, LSSYB

Healthcare Planner

Rachel is a health facility planner and architect. Her passion for healthcare design is driven by personal experience in health facilities and her innate desire to serve others. Rachel holds a firm belief that some of the most life-changing moments happen in environments where healthcare is delivered, and this propels her to provide personal service to her clients and teammates.

Rachel has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. In 2019, Rachel was awarded the Next Generation Scholarship by the American Academy of Architecture for Health. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt with emphasis in healthcare design.

Outside of the office, Rachel is committed to serving her local community and loves to spend time with her husband and two, small children. You’ll find her reading multiple books at once, making handmade crafts, and organizing anything that is in disarray.
