Jeremy brings over 21 years of comprehensive experience in both ownership and design/construction sectors. His diverse background includes roles as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Lead Foreman, Field Representative, and Contractor. He has successfully managed numerous Health Services projects, where he expertly handled submittals, change orders, and payment applications, collaborating closely with construction management teams and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
As a Construction Administrator, Jeremy conducts site visits and reviews submittals and RFIs, working in tandem with construction management teams, engineers, contractors, and clients to proactively prevent and address any issues that arise. By overseeing construction activities, he ensures that facilities are built to exact design specifications, adhere to regulatory standards, and meet the highest quality benchmarks.
