Choctaw Nation Idabel Indian Health Clinic

The Idabel Indian Health Clinic is a 56,000 square foot ambulatory care facility designed for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Total construction cost was $10,500,000. The design team utilized the Indian Health Service design templates with modifications and the facility was constructed under a “Fast-Track” construction management format. Patient services include Pharmacy, Primary Care, Laboratory, Radiology, Community Health, Behavioral Health, Women Infants and Children Program, Dental, Optometry, and Administration Services. The 10-acre site was master planned to allow for fifty percent expansion to the clinic in order to serve the increasing demands for medical services by the local Choctaw Tribal population.
